Arabic Portal d1g Acquires SeenandJeem.com Q&A Site

A story on Al-Bawaba.com reports that

d1g, the leading Arabic Web 2.0 social network, has recently acquired seenandjeem.com, the first Arabic questions and answers portal in the region, to expand d1g’s user base and content as well as its technical, creative, and editorial teams. This venture follows a series of strategic acquisitions made by d1g over the past quarter to boost its position as the leading Web 2.0 portal for the Arab world.
