Andy Madadian/Shani Rigsbee concert at Wheaton College, MA
Fans and appreciators of Middle Eastern music: come and join us for the celebration of a special benefit concert featuring international rock stars Andy Madadian and Shani Rigsbee at Wheaton College in Norton, MA. Proceeds from the concert will go to the International Red Cross to benefit the Lebanese and Israeli victims of last summer’s war. This is a non-partisan and non-political event.
The concert will take place on Saturday, November 11, 2006 at 8:00 p.m., in Wheaton College's Haas Athletics Center. Wheaton College is conveniently located at the junction of I-95 and I-495 between Boston, MA and Providence, RI. Tickets available at the door for $40.
Andy Madadian and Shani Rigsbee are Los Angeles-based artists who sing in Farsi, English, and other languages. With international careers that frequently take them on tours throughout the U.S. and to Europe, the Middle East-Central Asia, and Australia, Andy Madadian and Shani Rigsbee have also been featured on Academy Award-winning movies House of Sand and Fog and Crash.
